We find this professional carpet & upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning work to be very rewarding.
 

We are growing and are looking for an AWESOME full-time OR part-time person to help with carpet and upholstery cleaning at customer locations and rug pick-up/deliveries.

We are only looking for individuals with positive attitudes who are timely and have a great work ethic. To be honest, we can train anyone to work on carpets, upholstery, and rugs, but we cannot train someone to show up to work each day with a great attitude and treat our customers with care.

WHAT DO WE DO?
 

We offer In-Home services such as carpet & upholstery cleaning and professional In-Plant Rug Cleaning at our in-plant rug facility in Plantation, FL. We offer pick-up and delivery of rugs and small furniture items. We also specialize in treating NEW rugs/furniture with stain-resistant.

We can provide high skills training. You do NOT need to be a certified cleaning technician. Pay varies based on position and experience, but technicians typically start with an hourly rate during our 30-day training/probation period and are then eligible for pay increases immediately after and bonus commission on every job.

 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude who are timely and a non-smoker. Must be professional and outgoing when communicating with our clients. No health benefits are available at this time.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Perform all duties necessary to provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning, or tile and grout cleaning, or other hard floor surfaces.

  • Set up & take down of company van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.

  • Be a Self-Starter, Trustworthy, Flexible, Honest, Dependable.

  • Be able to read and understand mix rates of products.

  • Be able to use a Roto, Extractor, Walk behind scrubbers and other floor care equipment

  • Be able to Wipe all baseboards, edges, and notice details.

  • Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services.

  • Account for and return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s job site.

  •  Clean vehicle at end of each day.

  • Proper inventory of blocks, pads, spotting agents and retail items on truck.

  • Uphold all company safety policies.

  • Assist in backing of van using proper backing procedure.

  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.

Full-Time Compensation: $15 to $25 per hour with tips and bonuses.
