American Steamers has cleaned South Florida homes since 2006. We're a family owned company with our own rug washing plant in Plantation and a 5.0 rating on Google. Now we're building a franchise program so owner-operators outside our area can run an American Steamers location of their own.

What the program is being built to include:

​

Brand and territory. Run your business under the American Steamers name, in a defined area of your own.

​

Leads and booking. Customer calls and online estimate requests, with a booking process that confirms every job before it goes on the schedule.

​

Training. Hands-on training in carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and area rug care, including how to tell a customer when cleaning won't help.

​

Rug plant access. Send area rugs to our Plantation plant for full in-plant washing, so you can offer rug cleaning from day one.

Who we're looking for: Owner-operators who want to build something local and do honest work. Cleaning experience helps. How you treat people in their homes matters more.

It helps, but it isn't everything. Training covers the methods. Treating customers well is up to you.
